Terms of Use & Application License

Acceptance of Terms
By using the websites of Gabriel's Landscape & Tree Services Inc. and its affiliated brands ("the Company"), or any software application the Company makes available to its staff and authorized users, you agree to these Terms.
Use of Our Websites
Our websites are provided for general information about our services and to request estimates. Content is provided in good faith but without warranty of completeness or accuracy. Estimates are non-binding until confirmed in a written proposal or contract. All site content, logos, photos, and branding are the property of the Company and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Application End-User License Agreement
The Company provides internal software applications (the "Applications"), including tools that connect to the Company's own accounting data through Intuit's QuickBooks Online APIs, to its employees and authorized users only.
License. Authorized users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Applications solely for the Company's internal business purposes.
Restrictions. Users may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, or reverse engineer the Applications; may not share access credentials; and may not use the Applications or any data they contain for any purpose outside the Company's business.
Data. All data accessed through the Applications, including accounting and payroll information, is confidential Company property and must be handled according to Company policy and the Company's Privacy Policy.
No Warranty; Limitation of Liability. The Applications are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Applications.
Termination. The Company may suspend or revoke access to the Applications at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page
